Step 1: Free Consultation (Week 1)
Every build starts with a no-pressure conversation with Evanel. We talk through your vision, your must-haves, your timeline, and your budget. This is where we figure out if we’re the right fit for each other — and it costs you nothing.
Step 2: Site Selection & Lot Purchase (Weeks 2-4)
If you don’t already own land, we can help you find the right lot. Evanel’s background as a licensed real estate agent and investor means we know which lots offer the best value in Lehigh Acres, Cape Coral, and Fort Myers.
Step 3: Design & Floor Plan (Weeks 4-8)
We select your floor plan and customize it to your preferences. You choose exterior colors, flooring, kitchen finishes, bathroom tile, and all the details that make your home yours.
Step 4: Permitting (Weeks 8-16)
We handle all permit applications and approvals with Lee County and other local authorities. This is the most variable part of the timeline — permit approval times fluctuate with county workloads.
Step 5: Construction (Months 4-11)
Once permits are approved, construction begins. We provide regular progress updates with photos and site visits. You always know exactly where your build stands.
Step 6: Final Walkthrough & Move-In
Before you get your keys, we walk through the entire home together. Any punch list items are addressed immediately. Then the home is yours.
